Hi, my name is Mark Brown
I have 20 years experience in business development and commercial leadership.
I work with founders and management teams to develop business growth and revenue plans.
My goal is to quickly understand your business opportunities and challenges, then develop and implement actionable plans which deliver results.
I specialise in business development and revenue growth for start-ups and SMEs operating in B2B markets and channels. This includes SAAS, HR, Finance, Marketing.

Get the benefit of my skills and experience on a part-time or interim basis. Great for start-ups or growing businesses which are not yet ready to hire a full-time senior business development role. I cover all areas of sales and business development from strategy and planning to implementation. I can develop your sales assets, pitch deck, attend meetings and presentations, managing the sales pipeline from lead-gen to close.
I can support you and your team with coaching and advice, and also lead teams if required.
